Selah Records LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the myMoney — Smart Budget mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. You may also sign in with Apple, in which case Apple provides us with a unique identifier and, optionally, your email address.
Financial Data: The App allows you to record expenses, income, budget limits, and categories. This data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you subscribe to Premium, this data is also synced to our cloud database (Google Firebase Firestore) to enable multi-device access and family sharing.
Voice Input: The App uses Apple's Speech Framework to convert your voice to text entirely on your device. Audio recordings are not stored or transmitted to our servers. The resulting text may be sent to our AI parsing service (see Section 3) to extract expense details.
Subscription Information: If you purchase a Premium subscription, RevenueCat Inc. processes the transaction through Apple's in-app purchase system. We receive your subscription status but do not have access to your payment method details.
We use the following third-party services:
Your financial data is stored locally on your device. For Premium users, data is additionally stored in Google Firebase Firestore with security rules that restrict access to authenticated users only. Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purposes of providing the App's functionality.
If you join a Family Group (Premium), your expense and income data within that group will be visible to other members of the same group.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may export your data as CSV at any time from the App. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email address below. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
